He also teaches most classes from children 4yrs old to adults. Taekwondo provides adult, teen and kid students with a tremendous cardiovascular workout that improves dexterity and strengthens muscle tone.
In addition to the exercise and fitness benefits Taekwondo provides for all students regular and consistent training and helps trim inches, reduce stress, improve concentration and focus, develop and improve leadership abilities, build and strengthen interpersonal skills.
